Why is the Pay Commission established?

What will be the salary after 8th pay commission?
If we talk about the previous Pay Commission, when the Seventh Pay Commission was implemented by the government, there was an increase in the salary of government employees. For information, let us tell you that an increase of 23% was seen in salary and pension.
In such a situation, when the Eighth Pay Commission will be implemented, then 30% to 35% increase in salary and pension can be seen. However, clarity will come in this matter only when a new pay commission is constituted.
So, after the introduction of 8th Pay Commission, the minimum basic salary of the employees which is currently Rs 18000 can increase to Rs 34560. Along with this, pensioners will also benefit and their pension can reach up to Rs 17280.
When will the government announce
As we told you that a meeting of the Central Government and the Pay Commission Organization is going to be held in the month of November. In fact, the Joint Consultative Machinery i.e. JCM has given its consent to the meeting to discuss the Eighth Pay Commission.
In this way, when the government and employee organizations discuss the Pay Commission, some important decision will be taken. In such a situation, if it is decided that the 8th Pay Commission should be implemented now, then the employees will get huge benefits from it.
