Types of Test in RRB ALP Psycho Test
RRB ALP CBAT exam will consist of 5 Memory Tests, Following Direction Test, Depth Perception Test, Concentration Test and Perceptual Speed ​​Test.
- memory test- A memory test is a tool used to evaluate a person’s memory, especially in cases where dementia, depression, or other conditions are suspected.
- Following direction test- It assesses how well a candidate can understand and follow instructions, which is important to maintain safety and efficiency during the operation of trains.
- Depth Perception Test- This test examines the candidate’s ability to accurately judge distance, the skills required to drive a train and the ability to ensure the safety of passengers and staff.
- Concentration test- The concentration test is designed to assess how well a candidate can concentrate and remain attentive for long periods of time, which is important for the role of Assistant Loco Pilot.
- Perceptual Speed ​​Test- This test measures how quickly a candidate can process visual information and make decisions, an important skill in the fast-paced environment of train operations.
RRB ALP Psycho Test Format
RRB ALP Psycho Test will be based on OMR (Optical Mark Recognition). Answers are completely written on the answer sheet

RRB ALP Psycho Test is usually conducted in groups of 35 to 150 candidates. Each exam has a specific time limit, about which candidates will be informed at the beginning of the session.
RRB ALP Psycho Test Questions and Answers
RRB ALP Psycho Test consists of 5 tests which include Memory Test, Following Direction Test, Depth Perception Test, Concentration Test and Perceptual Speed ​​Test. There will be no provision of negative marking in this examination, candidates will have to score a minimum of 42 marks in each examination to qualify for further document verification rounds.

In this test, you will be given a map to study and remember buildings and other structures for some time and will be asked to indicate the location of these buildings on a test page. Study the following example for some time.
In this test, you will be asked to recall picture-number combinations. After some time you will be asked to leave the test page, which shows the images in a different order.
following direction test
In this test, you will be given a pattern of letters to look at and asked questions about what directions to change that pattern. The answer to each question will be one of the letters of the pattern. You have to decide which letter represents the correct answer.
depth perception test
In this test, you will see a stack of bricks with some bricks labeled A, B, C, etc. Your job is to count the number of bricks. He is touching a pile of bricks on which there is a letter. All the bricks are of the same size and shape.
concentration test
This is a test to find out how quickly you can compare two numbers and decide whether they are the same or not. If the numbers are same then blacken the circle ‘Y’ on your answer sheet otherwise blacken ‘N’. Do not make any marks on the booklet. Try solving the following practice problems.
