Types of PMAY
There are two main types of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana:
- PMAY-Urban (Urban): This scheme is for people living in urban areas. It includes four components:

- Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS)

How to apply for PM Awas Yojana?
Following is the process to apply for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana:
- Online Application:
- Visit the official website of PMAY (pmaymis.gov.in).
- Click on ‘Citizen Assessment’.
- Select your state and city.
- Fill the required information and submit the form.
- Offline Application:
- Visit the nearest Common Service Center (CSC).
- Get and fill the PMAY application form.
