RPSC RAS Prelims Exam Date 2024 Released
A notice has been released by Rajasthan Public Service Commission recently announcing the RPSC RAS prelims exam date 2024. The officials have specified that the preliminary exam will be held on 2 February 2025 (Sunday). Since now the exam date is announced, candidates are advised to check the exam pattern and syllabus and prepare for the preliminary exam accordingly.

RPSC RAS Eligibility Criteria 2024
Rajasthan Public Service Commission has specified some basic eligibility criteria for RPSC RAS Exam 2024, so interested candidates who meet the specified criteria will be allowed to appear in the selection process. Age limit and qualifications are the required eligibility that must be fulfilled.
RPSC RAS Educational Qualification
To become eligible for various State Services and Subordinate State Services posts under RPSC RAS Recruitment 2024, candidates must possess a graduation degree in any field from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central and State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or an equivalent examination recognized by the Government of India.
RPSC RAS Age Limit (as on 01/01/2025)
Those who are between 21 and 40 years of age as on 1st January 2025 are eligible to apply for the RPSC RAS recruitment drive. It should also be noted that relaxation in the upper age limit is provided for certain categories of candidates as per the government rules, which is discussed below.

RPSC RAS Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
As per the RPSC RAS notification 2024, the selection of candidates for various state services and subordinate service posts is based on a three-stage selection process consisting of a preliminary exam, followed by a main exam and interview. Those who qualify all the 3 stages are appointed against the released vacancies.
- preliminary examination:- The selection of candidates for RPSC RAS Recruitment 2024 starts with a preliminary screening test of 200 marks. Candidates have to clear this exam to proceed to the next stages of the selection process.
- Main Exam:- Those who qualify the RPSC RAS preliminary exam are selected for the main exam which consists of 4 papers of 200 marks each.
- Personality Test/Viva Voce:- After successfully qualifying the preliminary and main exams, candidates are required to appear for the RPSC RAS oral exam 2024 for 100 marks for their final selection.
