1. Property Registration Process 2025: Online Registration and Digital Signature

  • Step 1: Online application – Fill the form by visiting the government website.
  • Step 2: Upload documents – Scan Copy of Sale deed, title deed and PAN card.
  • Step 3: Fees online payment – UPI, Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.
  • Step 4: Biometric Verification – Fingerprint and Iris Scan from Aadhaar.
