- Marketing and promotion of products and services provided by the department.
- The department’s customer service centers (CSC) operate various services etc.
- The branch post office has smooth and timely functioning of the branch post office, including mail convenes and mail delivery.
- The BPM will have the combined duties of ABPMS and when order will be ordered. Any other work can also be assigned by seniors like IPO/ASPO/SOPOS/SSPOS etc.
- The applicant must provide housing for the branch post office after selection but before the engagement.
Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS)
Dak Sevaks will be engaged in departmental offices like sub-post offices, head post offices etc.
- Stamp/stationery sales, connectivity and delivery at the door, other transactions of deposits/payments/IPPB and any other duties assigned by Postmaster/Sub Postmaster.
