Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) Education Department is expected to recruit the posts of Headmaster soon. The following is the complete information of the selection process for BPSC Headmaster.

1. Written test: Written examination will be conducted for the post of Headmaster. In this exam, 150 questions will be asked which will be multiple choice questions. In this examination, 100 questions and 50 questions from general studies will be related to B.Ed course. The written examination will be taken on the OMR sheet. This exam will be of full 150 marks, which means that one marks of a question will be given. And on giving a wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted. And this exam is of 02 hours.
2. Interview : No interview will be taken for BPSC Headmaster.
3. General category candidates appearing in the written examination will have to get 40%, 36.5% for backward class candidates, 34% for extremely backward class candidates and 32% marks for Scheduled Castes/Tribes, Women and Divyang candidates.
4. After passing the written examination, the processes related to the document verification of the candidates etc. will be completed. After passing all the stages, the candidate will be selected for the post of Headmaster in government schools of Bihar.
