The Gujarat NMMS 2025 Exam was held on February 22, 2025 at various taluka centers in the state. This year, a total of 2,20,488 class 8 students participated in the test.
The provisional answer key was made available on February 25, 2025, allowing students to submit objections by March 5, 2025. After intensive review by subject experts, the final answer key was published on March 18, 2025, ensuring transparency and accuracy in the evaluation process.

- Scoring students above 70% (126-180 points): 2,904 students from 1,695 schools
- Scoring students above 80% (144-180 points): 409 students from 288 schools
- Scoring students above 90% (162–180 points): 13 students from 12 schools
