The wait is going to end soon as Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will announce the names of qualified candidates before the end of November.
SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2024
As already announced that SSC CGL Tier 2 exam will be conducted on 18th, 19th & 20th January 2025, hence, it is expected that SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2024 can be released by the end of November 2024 and Tier Admit cards of 2 will be issued. First week of January 2025. Usually, SSC releases the result within a period of 1 month after the release of answer key and it is more than one and a half month that lakhs of candidates are waiting for the release of SSC CGL Result 2024.

SSC has released the SSC CGL Result 2024 in PDF format along with the merit list of the candidates who have been declared qualified in the Tier 1 exam which was held from 9th to 26th September 2024 in multiple shifts. The result PDF along with cut-off marks will be released online at www.ssc.gov.in and candidates can search their roll number/name in the list by using Ctrl+F shortcut. How to check SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2024?
1. Visit the official website of SSC
Candidates must first visit the official website of Staff Selection Commission (SSC) www.ssc.gov.in.
2. Navigate to “Results” on the homepage
Now you have to find the “Result” section visible on the left side of the homepage and click on it.
3. Search CGL Result Notification
Now you have to find the notification which reads- ‘List of candidates qualified to appear in the Combined Graduate Level Examination (Tier-I), 2024 – Tier-II’.
4. Click on ‘Write-Up’ to know details about SSC CGL Result
A notice opens on the screen, where you can check category-wise SSC CGL Cut Off 2024, number and marks of qualified candidates and release date of score card.
5. Click on ‘Result’ to download the merit list PDF
SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2024 PDF opens on the screen with the names and roll numbers of the candidates shortlisted to appear for the Tier 2 exam.
6. Search your ‘Roll Number’ or ‘Name’
In the list of eligible candidates, search your roll number/name using ‘Ctrl+F shortcut’. If your name appears in the merit list PDF, then congratulations you have been shortlisted for the next round.
