The required eligibility criteria for AIASL Recruitment are detailed below.
(1) Deputy Terminal Manager – Passengers
- Educational qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience,
- 18 years of work experience in passenger management functions.
- Or MBA with 15 years of work experience (2 years full time or 3 years part time).
- At least 6 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- age limit: Upto 55 years.
(2) Duty Manager – Passenger
- Educational qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience,
- 16 years of work experience in passenger management functions.
- At least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- age limit: Upto 55 years.
(3) Duty Officer – Passenger
- Educational qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience,
- 12 years experience in passenger management operations.
- At least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- age limit: Upto 50 years.
(4) Junior Officer – Customer Services
- Educational qualification: Graduation from a recognized university (10+2+3 pattern).
- Experience,
- 9 years experience in passenger management.
- Or MBA with 6 years of experience in Aviation Passenger Handling.
- age limit: Up to 37 years (Relaxation: 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST).
(5) Ramp Manager
- Educational qualification,
- Graduate with 20 years of work experience.
- Or BE in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical or similar disciplines with 15 years of work experience.
- Or 3 Years Diploma with 20 Years Experience.
- Or MBA with 17 years of work experience.
- Experience: At least 8 years in managerial capacity.

(6) Deputy Ramp Manager
- Educational qualification,
- Graduate with 18 years of experience.
- Or BE in Mechanical, Electrical or related fields with 13 years of experience.
- Or 3 Years Diploma with 18 Years Experience.
- Or MBA with 15 years of experience.
- Experience: At least 8 years in managerial capacity.

(7) Duty Manager – Ramp
- Educational qualification,
- Graduation (10+2+3 pattern).
- Or 3 years Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related fields.
- Experience: 16 years of experience in ramp handling, with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- age limit: Upto 55 years.
(8) Junior Officer – Technical
- Educational qualification: BE in Mechanical, Electrical or related fields.
- other requirement: Must have valid LMV license and must have obtained HMV license within 12 months.
- age limit: Up to 28 years (Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST).
(9) Deputy Terminal Manager – Cargo
- Educational qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience,
- 18 years of experience in cargo handling operations.
- Or MBA with 15 years of experience.

(10) Duty Manager – Cargo

- Certified courses such as IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, or IATA Cargo are also preferred.

(15) Ramp Service Executive

- Candidates must possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license at the time of appearing in the trade test.
