One thousand sixty seven vacancies are available for Duty Manager, Junior Officer, Duty Manager and other posts in Air India Airport Services Limited (AIASL).

AIASL Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria

The required eligibility criteria for AIASL Recruitment are detailed below.

(1) Deputy Terminal Manager – Passengers

• Educational qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
• Experience,
  • 18 years of work experience in passenger management functions.
  • Or MBA with 15 years of work experience (2 years full time or 3 years part time).
  • At least 6 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• age limit: Upto 55 years.

(2) Duty Manager – Passenger

• Educational qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
• Experience,
  • 16 years of work experience in passenger management functions.
  • At least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• age limit: Upto 55 years.

(3) Duty Officer – Passenger

• Educational qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
• Experience,
  • 12 years experience in passenger management operations.
  • At least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• age limit: Upto 50 years.

(4) Junior Officer – Customer Services

• Educational qualification: Graduation from a recognized university (10+2+3 pattern).
• Experience,
  • 9 years experience in passenger management.
  • Or MBA with 6 years of experience in Aviation Passenger Handling.
• age limit: Up to 37 years (Relaxation: 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST).

(5) Ramp Manager

• Educational qualification,
  • Graduate with 20 years of work experience.
  • Or BE in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical or similar disciplines with 15 years of work experience.
  • Or 3 Years Diploma with 20 Years Experience.
  • Or MBA with 17 years of work experience.
• Experience: At least 8 years in managerial capacity.
• age limit: Upto 55 years.

(6) Deputy Ramp Manager

• Educational qualification,
  • Graduate with 18 years of experience.
  • Or BE in Mechanical, Electrical or related fields with 13 years of experience.
  • Or 3 Years Diploma with 18 Years Experience.
  • Or MBA with 15 years of experience.
• Experience: At least 8 years in managerial capacity.
• age limit: Upto 55 years.

(7) Duty Manager – Ramp

• Educational qualification,
  • Graduation (10+2+3 pattern).
  • Or 3 years Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related fields.
• Experience: 16 years of experience in ramp handling, with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• age limit: Upto 55 years.

(8) Junior Officer – Technical

• Educational qualification: BE in Mechanical, Electrical or related fields.
• other requirement: Must have valid LMV license and must have obtained HMV license within 12 months.
• age limit: Up to 28 years (Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST).

(9) Deputy Terminal Manager – Cargo

• Educational qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
• Experience,
  • 18 years of experience in cargo handling operations.
  • Or MBA with 15 years of experience.
  • At least 6 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• age limit: Upto 55 years.

(10) Duty Manager – Cargo

• Educational qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
• Experience,
  • 16 years of experience in cargo handling operations.
  • At least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

(11) Duty Officer – Cargo

• Educational qualification: Graduate from a recognized university.
• Experience,
  • 12 years experience in cargo handling operations.
  • At least 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

(12) Junior Officer – Cargo

• Educational qualification: Graduation (10+2+3 pattern).
• Experience,
  • 9 years experience in cargo handling.
  • Or MBA with 6 years aviation experience in cargo handling.
• age limit: Up to 37 years (Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST).

(13) Para Medical cum Customer Service Executive

• Educational qualification,
  • Graduate with Diploma in Nursing (10+2+3 pattern).
  • Or B.Sc (Nursing).
• age limit: Up to 28 years (Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST).

(14) Senior Customer Service Executive/Customer Service Executive

• Educational qualification,
  • Graduation (10+2+3 pattern).
  • Preference to candidates with experience in airline ticketing, reservations, or cargo handling.
  • Certified courses such as IATA-UFTAA, IATA-FIATA, or IATA Cargo are also preferred.
• age limit,
  • Senior Customer Service Executive: Up to 33 years.
  • Customer Service Executive: Up to 28 years (Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST).

(15) Ramp Service Executive

• Educational qualification,
  • 3 years Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or related fields.
  • Or ITI with NCTVT in relevant trades like Motor Vehicle Auto Electrical, Air Conditioning etc.
  • Candidates must possess a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license at the time of appearing in the trade test.
• age limit: Up to 28 years (Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST).

(16) Utility Agent cum Ramp Driver

• Educational qualification: 10th pass (SSC).
• other requirement: Must have valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) license.

AIASL Recruitment 2024 How to Apply

Applicants who satisfy the eligibility criteria by October 1, 2024 are required to attend the walk-in-interview in person at the specified venue, date and time. Candidates must bring the filled application form along with copies of their testimonials and certificates. Non-refundable application fee of ₹500 is to be paid through demand draft in favor of “AI Airport Services Limited” payable at Mumbai.
