Assam SLET Subject List

Assam SLET Paper I Subjects
Paper I of Assam SLET Exam 2025 is general and compulsory for all the candidates, which aims to assess their general teaching and research aptitude. This paper covers four major areas: Reasoning Ability, Comprehension, Divergent Thinking and General Awareness. There are 50 questions, each of 2 marks, which makes a total of 100 marks. This paper carries 33% weightage in the overall examination, which plays a vital role in evaluating the fundamental skills required for the role of an Assistant Professor.
Assam SLET Paper II Subject List
Assam SLET exam 2025 evaluates the subject-specific knowledge of the candidates in their chosen discipline. This paper consists of 100 questions, each of 2 marks, total 200 marks and carries 66% weightage in the exam.
