BBSSL has announced the opening of several jobs in various positions. Available posts are:
1. Lead – Vegetable Seed Business:
Educational qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture.
- Master’s degree in agriculture/management from a recognized institute.
- 12–15 years of relevant experience.
2. Lead – Traditional Seed Business:
Educational qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture/horticulture.
- Genetics and Plant Master Degree in Breeding, Horticulture, Agronomy, Seed Technology, or Management.
- A Ph.D. Is preferred in the respective field.
- 12 years experience in the relevant field.
3. Zonal lead – sales:
Educational qualification:
- Graduate in Agriculture/Horticulture.
- Master in Agriculture/Horticulture/Business Management (preferably MBA).
- 10-15 years experience in seed/agricultural-input industry.
Maximum age: 45 years.
4. Executive – Seed Production and Processing:
Educational qualification:
- Agronomy, seed technology, or graduate or master’s degree in plant breeding.
- Certification in seed production or seed processing (additional profit).
- 3-5 years experience in seed production or processing.
Maximum age: 30 years.
5. Executive – Sales and Marketing (Seeds):
Educational qualification:
- BSc (Agri.) / B.Sc. (Hort.) With 60% marks from a UGC-recognized university.
- MSc (Agri.) / M.Sc. (Horty.) / MBA (Marketing) or MBA (Agri. Business) (Additional benefits).
- At least 3 years of qualification experience.
Maximum age: 30 years.
