Bhagya Laxmi Yojana: A new scheme for daughters has been started by the Uttar Pradesh government. The name of this scheme is Bhagyalakshmi Yojana. The aim is to uplift the daughters. Under this scheme, financial funds are made available so that daughters can move ahead and also get education. Bhagya Lakshmi Yojana On the birth of a daughter under The mother is given financial assistance of ₹ 5,100. This scheme launched for daughters is an ambitious initiative of the government through which financial assistance will be provided to the daughters.
Financial assistance is provided under Bhagyalakshmi Scheme
Under Bhagyalakshmi Yojana, a total bond of ₹ 50,000 is provided by the Government of India on the birth of a daughter and this bond matures after 21 years and becomes a total of ₹ 2 lakh, the benefit of which goes directly to the daughter. Under the scheme, when the daughter takes admission in class 6, then a total of Rs. ₹ will be deposited in her bank account. 3000 rupees Financial assistance is collected.
While the daughter is in class When she reaches 8th class, a total financial assistance of Rs 5,000 is transferred to her bank account. Under the scheme, when the daughter reaches class 10, ₹ 7000 is deposited in her account and in class 12, she is provided financial assistance of ₹ 8000.

Required eligibility for the scheme
- To avail the benefits of the scheme, the daughter must have been born after March 31, 2006.
- The daughter should be registered in the nearest Anganwadi center within just one month of her birth.
- The annual income of all applicants and parents should be less than Rs 2 lakh.
- The applicant daughter should belong to BPL family.
- Parents will have to complete their daughter’s education in a government school.
- Daughter should get married only after 18 years.
- There should not be any parent, government employee etc.

- To apply for Bhagya Lakshmi Yojana, first of all you have to contact your nearest Ministry of Child and Women Development Will have to go to the office.
