Border security force On 7 March 2025, the admit card was issued for the physical examination for the posts of Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer/Combatant Stenographer) and Head Constable (Ministerial/Fighter). BSF Admit Card 2025 has been released for all the candidates who successfully applied for 1496 ASI, Head Constable Post. The admit card is also sent through SMS as well as registered email ID.
BSF Admit Card 2025 Out
Through the Assam Rifle Examination 2024, the objective of BSF is to fill a total of 1526 vacancies for Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and Warrant Officer (Personal Assistant) and Havildar (Clerk) Post Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer/Combatant Stenographer) and Head Constable (Minister). The selection process is based on the Physical Standards Testing (PST)/ Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Examination Document Detailed Medical Examination.
The first phase of the recruitment examination for PET/PST is going to be held from 17 March 2025, for which the admit card link is now available at https://www.bsf.gov.in/. Candidates planning to appear for PET/PST are advised to download the admit card as soon as possible and check all the exam details in advance.

BSF PET PMT details
Here are the details for the Physical Standards Testing (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for the posts of Assistant Sub Inspector (Stenographer/Combatant Stenographer) and Head Constable (Ministerial/Fighter).
Physical standard test
Candidates will be tested for the Physical Standards Testing (PST), including height, chest and weight measurement. Candidates who do not meet the physical standard will be abolished.

Eligible candidates in physical measurement test will be called to appear for physical efficiency testing. The PMT test will be done through their performance according to the following parameters.
