Cil MT Admit Card 2025: Coal India Limited (CIL) has issued admit cards for management trainee (MT) recruitment 2025. Candidates who have successfully applied for 434 vacancies can now download their admit card from the official CIL website.

Computer-based test (CBT) for MT posts will be conducted based on the details given in the admit card.

  1. Go to the official website: Cil go to the official website www.coalindia.in,
  2. Login to the portal: Navigate on the “Career with CIL” section and click on the link for MT recruitment.
  3. Enter login credentials: Use your user ID and password to log in to the application portal.
  4. Enter Captcha: Type the characters shown in the captcha image (case insensitive).
  5. Download Admit Card: Once logged in, click on the link to download the admit card. Ensure that all the details on the admit card are correct.

Computer-based test (CBT):

The selection will only be based on marks obtained in CBT.

CBT will join Two paper,

  • Paper-i: General knowledge/awareness, logic, numerical ability and general English (100 digits).
  • Paper-II: Professional knowledge (related to discipline) (100 digits).

Will be in each paper 100 multiple choice questions (MCQ)With each question carrying 1 mark,

there is No negative marking For the wrong answer.

The question paper will be bilingual (English and Hindi). In case of any discrepancy, the English version will be considered valid.

Qualification marks:

General (ur) / EWS: A minimum of 40 marks in each paper.

OBC (Non-Creeme Layer): Minimum 35 marks in each paper.

SC / ST / PWD: Minimum 30 marks in each paper.

Last Qualification List:

The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in CBT.

  • Candidates who have fulfilled qualifying marks will be shortlisted on their merit.
  • The vacancies that remain unformed due to non-reporting or non-justification will be filled with balance-wise shortlist panels according to merit.

Document Verification (DV) and Preliminary Medical Examination (IME):

Shortlisted candidates will have to undergo document verification (DV) and preliminary medical examination (IME).

  • Candidates should submit all necessary documents including educational certificate, caste certificate (if applied), and experience certificate (for safety discipline).
  • Candidates working in government/PSU/autonomous bodies will have to submit one No objection certificate (NOC) From his current employer during DV.

Final appointment:

The offer for appointment will be released only after the successful completion of DV and IME.
