CISF Constable Fireman Exam Pattern 2024
CISF Constable Fireman Exam Pattern 2024 consists of the exam pattern for Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) and written exam. Here we discussed the exam pattern of PET and PST.
Physical Efficiency Test (PET): PET will involve running 5 km in 24 minutes.
Physical Standard Test (PST):
- General category candidates should have height of 170 cm and chest measurement of 80-85 cm with minimum expansion of 5 cm.
- Candidates belonging to Garhwal, Kumaon, Himachal Pradesh, Gorkha, Dogra, Maratha, Sikkim, Ladakh, Kashmir Valley of Jammu and Kashmir and hilly areas of North Eastern States should have height 165 cms and chest measurement 78-83 with minimum expansion . Of 5 cm.
- Candidates belonging to Tribal or Tribal communities including Mizos and Nagas should have height of 162.5 cms and chest measurement of 77-82 cms with minimum expansion of 5 cms.
