Coast Guard Assistant Commandant CGCAT 2026 Stage I Results


Notification was issued by the Indian Coast Guard (ICG) to recruit the posts of Assistant Commandant for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree and engineering degree in India, after which the written examination was conducted after the application process ended, whose stage I have been released by the Commission today.

Stage I Examination of the posts of ICG Assistant Commandant was conducted on 25 February 2025, in such a situation, the candidates who participated in the Stage I exam can download their results through the official link given below.

  • Start of application: 05/12/2024
  • The last date to apply: 24/12/2024 till 5:30 pm.
  • Last date for paying examination fee: 24/12/2024
  • Exam Date (Stage-I): 25 February 2025
  • Examination city details release date: 10/02/2025
  • Exam Date (Stage-II): March 2025
  • Date of issuance of admit card: 48-72 hours before exam
  • Result release date: 04/03/2025

Application fee

  • General/OBC/EWS: 300/- Rs.
  • SC/ST: Zero/- Rs.
  • Pay the exam fee from Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/Bank Challan.

Age limit (01/07/2025)

  • minimum age : 21 years
  • Maximum age: 25 years
  • Apart from this, additional relaxation in age will also be given as per rules.

General Duty GD (Male) Bachelor’s degree from a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university and mathematics, passed class XII from any one subject in Physics.
Technical mechanical (male) Naval architecture or mechanical or marine or automotive or mechanics with minimum 60% marks, BE / BTech engineering degree and mathematics, passed class XII in a subject in physics.
Technical Electrical / Electronics (Male) Electrical or electronics or telecommunication or instrumentation or instrumentation or instrumentation or instrument and communication or power engineering or power engineering or power electronics with minimum 60% marks and engineering degrees in power engineering or power electronics and mathematics, mathematics, class XII passed from any one subject in physics.
