CSC VLEs play a vital role in facilitating digital access in remote areas of the country and connecting citizens with essential government services. The Welcome Kit is a comprehensive resource guide, designed to help new VLEs understand their responsibilities and effectively manage the range of services they deliver. With the help of this kit, VLE Bandhu can understand about the usage of Digital Seva Portal (DSP). Additionally, the kit includes key tools like DigiPay App for financial transactions, e-Grameen Store App, CSC Safar for booking travel tickets. Additionally, the kit contains important information on training courses for VLE brothers and other tasks that VLEs need to be aware of.
