Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is an offline examination which is qualifying in nature. Candidates who score minimum CTET qualifying marks are declared qualified in CTET exam and are issued CTET certificate which is valid for lifetime.

CTET Qualifying Marks 2024

CTET Result 2024 for December cycle was released on 9 January 2025Candidates who appeared in the exam must be looking for CTET Qualifying Marks 2024, details of which are given in the CTET Notification PDF for each category. CTET passing marks are the minimum marks that a candidate has to obtain in the CTET exam. The passing marks for CTET vary according to the category of the candidate.

CTET cut off 2024 marks or qualifying marks are different for reserved and unreserved category candidates. To pass the exam, general category candidates must obtain minimum 60% marks and OBC/SC/ST candidates must obtain minimum 55% marks. The category-wise CTET passing marks 2024 mentioned in the official notification are tabulated below.

CTET Qualifying Marks 2024 for OBC, SC, ST Category

CTET Qualifying Marks 2024 for candidates belonging to OBC, SC, ST category must obtain minimum 82 marks out of total 150 marks in the respective paper. A minimum of 55% marks is required to qualify the CTET 2024 exam.

CTET qualifying marks 2024 for general category

CTET Qualifying Marks 2024 for candidates belonging to General Category must obtain minimum 90 marks out of total 150 marks in the respective paper. A minimum of 60% marks is required to qualify the CTET 2024 exam.
