Bet 2025 Eligibility Criteria
To apply for DBT BET 2025, candidates have to meet the following eligibility criteria:
Educational qualification
- Bachelor’s degree: Candidates should have BE/B.Tech/MBBS or equivalent degree.
- Master Degree: Candidates must have an M.Sc./m.tech./m.vsc./m.pharm/integrated M.Sc./M.TECH. Degree in biotechnology, life science, or any other related fields of biology.
- Final year candidates: Students who appear for their final semester exam or waiting for results are also eligible to apply.
Requirement of marks
- General/EWS/OBC candidate: minimum 60% total marks (or equivalent grade).
- SC/ST/Different ABLED Candidates: Minimum 55% Total points (or equivalent grade).
Age limit
- General/EWS Candidates: up to 28 years as the last date for application.
- SC/ST/Different ABLED/Women Candidates: 33 years (5 years discount).

Bet 2025 Examination Center
BET 2025 will be filled by candidates for the examination center. While filling the DBT BET application Form 2025, candidates can select four separate cities for their examination center. While efforts will be made to allocate one of the preferred cities, candidates can be allocated a separate city for administrative reasons. No travel allowance (TA/DA) will be provided to be displayed in DBT BET exam.
