Qualification statement

  • Junior Manager (Finance): Candidates should take the final examination of CA/CMA from India’s Chartered Accountants/Institute of Cost Accountants Institute of India.
  • Executive (Citizen): Three -year diploma in civil engineering or related subjects with minimum 60% marks.
  • Executive (Electrical): Three years diploma in electrical, electronics or relevant areas with at least 60% marks.
  • Executive (Signs and Telecom): Three years diploma in relevant subjects with at least 60% marks.
  • Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Matriculation plus one year ITI course from an NCVT/SCVT-approved institution with at least 60% marks.

  • Junior Manager: 18-30 years
  • Executive: 18-30 years
  • MTS: 18-33 years
  • Age exemption applies as per government rules.

  • Junior Manager: ₹ 50,000 – ₹ 1,60,000 (E2 Level, IDA Pay Scale)
  • Executive: ₹ 30,000 – ₹ 1,20,000 (E0 Level, IDA Salary Scale)
