(1) JGM (Joint General Manager),
- Central or State Government officers working in Level-13 grade or Junior Administrative Grade (Level-12) with 8-12 years of service in Group A in the relevant discipline. PSU employees with similar experience and service Rs. 80000-220000 (IDA) (E5) are also eligible.
(2) DGM (Deputy General Manager),
- Central/State Government officers holding Senior Scale (Level-11) posts or Group B in Level-10 with 10 years of service. PSU employees with similar experience and service Rs. 70000-200000 (IDA) (E4) are also eligible.

- The age of the candidate should be less than 55 years.
