qualification details
- RA: Ph.D. Master’s degree in relevant fields like Physics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering etc., or with 3-4 years of research experience in relevant fields.
- jrf: First class BE/B.Tech in the subjects Electronics & Communication, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc. with valid GATE score or relevant Master’s degree.
age limit
- RA: Maximum age 35 years as on 15 September 2024.
- jrf: Maximum age 28 years as on 15 September 2024.
age relaxation
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- 3 years for OBC candidates.
salary details
- RA: As per Government of India norms for Defense Research Stipend.
- jrf: Initial stipend as per Government of India norms, with increase on upgrade to SRF.
