The ESIC exam pattern for Phase-I and Phase-II exam for Upper Division Clerk and Multi Tasking Staff is same. There will be no skill test in the multi-tasking staff recruitment process.
- The preliminary examination is qualifying in nature.
- Marks obtained in Main Examination will be the deciding factor for final selection.
- There will be negative marking of one-fourth mark for each wrong answer.

ESIC Recruitment 2024 Minimum Qualifying Marks
As mentioned in the notification, candidates have to score more than the minimum qualifying marks to get shortlisted for ESIC Recruitment 2024 vacancies.
