During the interview, the interviewer will request your certificates and documents for verification. After the interview, the final stage of the recruitment process is document verification (DV). During the document verification, the candidates will have to bring the original documents with self-contained photocopies of all relevant documents. Officers will verify the authenticity of the documents presented. Failure to carry any necessary documents or to submit fraud documents will cause disqualification from the final selection process.

Document for interview/ document verification
Here we have provided a complete list of necessary documents at the time of document verification. Candidates check this list and arrange all documents.
- Photo ID proof: Candidates should take photo identity proof like passport, voter card, PAN card, driving license, Oudh card with photos, etc.
- IBPS PO Interview Admit Card: Candidates should take their interview admit card along with other certificates.
- Income certificate: For EWS category candidates, an income and asset certificate is provided by the respective agencies of the Government of India.
- Caste Certificate: Candidates related to reserved category like OBC, ST, SC, etc. should take their caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
- Experience Certificate: Candidates who are in any kind of job should take their work experience certificate.
- Munshi certificate: If the candidate has used a scribe, then the required format should be provided properly completed.
- Pre-service service certificate: Candidates who are ex -servicemen will have to submit a copy of their service or discharge book, pension payment order, and official documentation, which is associated with their held rank.
- Defense certificate: Candidates who are currently serving in the armed forces will have to show a document that they will be released from their position by August 2024 on the latest issued by a recognized authority.
- J&K Growning Certificate: People with an dominance certificate in Jammu and Kashmir who qualify for an age exemption will have to present it.
- Due to being affected by the 1984 riots, individuals who qualify for age relaxation will have to submit a certificate from the District Magistrate who joined this fact.
- Educational Qualification Certificate: Candidates should take all their original educational qualification certificates like degree/diploma certificate, mark sheet, etc.
- Application Form: The printout of the online application form which the candidates have presented at the time of registration should be at the time of verification of the document.
- Disability Certificate: Candidates should take their disability certificate in the prescribed format issued by the government in case of candidates related to benchmark disability category.
- Passport Size Photo: The candidate should have passport-shaped photos with them. The photo should be done in the same way that has been uploaded in the application form at the time of registration.
- NOC: Candidates working in any government or private organization should have a non-objection certificate (NOC) at the time of document verification.
- Evidence of date of birth: Candidates should take valid and original evidence of their date of birth such as 10th mark sheet, or birth certificate.
