IBPS RRB PO Interview Experience 1
My IBPS RRB PO interview was a positive experience with a cordial and helpful panel. The Chairman started asking about my current work profile, then asked about my motivation for joining RRB, to which I expressed my interest in rural development and financial inclusion. He then inquired about my MBA project, and I shared the objectives, outcomes, and its relevance to banking.
Member 1 tested my banking knowledge, asked me to explain CRR and how it is different from SLR. I clarified both terms, then discussed the Green Revolution in India and identified Dr. MS Swaminathan as its father. Finally, I named five notable personalities of Assam.
Member 2 asked about my hobbies, especially when I practice them and whether I have taken any training. I shared details about my routine and training as well as my choice for a particular gharana.
Member 3 focused on financial inclusion and agriculture schemes of the Central Government, where I mentioned PM-Kisan and Kisan Credit Card Scheme. He also asked about Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, which I explained as Fasal Bima Yojana.
Member 4, who was the only woman, asked me about other exams and my preference if selected for multiple posts, to which I expressed my interest in RRBs for rural impact.
