  • Interview Call letter – Printout of valid call letter.
  • Application Form – System of online application-printout.
  • Date of Birth – Birth certificate or class 10 certificate with DOB.
  • Photo ID Proof – According to the notification guidelines.
  • Educational Certificate – Mark Sheets and Degree Certificate (results should be declared on or before 21.08.2024).
  • Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) – According to the format of the Government of India. OBC candidates should apply as normal under the creamy layer.
  • EWS Certificate – Valid income and asset certificate from a specified authority.
  • Disability Certificate – Was issued by the District Medical Board (if applicable).
  • Munshi requirement certificate – Writing for candidates with difficulties (as per RPWD Act, 2016).
  • Pre-Service Certificate- Evidence of service/discharge book, pension payment order, and final rank. The current defense personnel will have to submit a release certificate (20.08.2025 or before relief date).
  • Any objection certificate (NOC) – Government/PSU is required for candidates in jobs. Conditional NOC will not be accepted.
  • 1984 riot affected certificate – Was issued by District Magistrate (if applicable).
  • Experience Certificate – Hard copy/digitally signed copies under verification (if applied).

  • Other relevant documents – An additional proof supporting the eligibility.
