ICAR-CIFA specialist and officer recruitment 2025: ICAR-Sentral Institute of Freshwater Aquaculture (ICAR-CIFA) in Bhubaneswar, Odisha has issued a recruitment notification for various experts and official posts under the SARC Development Fund (SDF)-backed project “Aqualaity”.

eligibility criteria
Communication expert
- Ability: Advanced degrees in communication, media relationships, or social studies.
- Experience: Communications include minimum 7 years, including media events and graphic designs.
- Necessary skills:
- Photography, graphic design and proficiency in digital media.
- Strong English writing and presentation skills.
- Experiences in government, NGOs or international projects are preferred.

Project finance and account officer
- Ability:
- Senior level finance officer retired from a government office, or
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Commerce + MBA.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in finance, accounting, or office administration.
- Necessary skills:
- Proficiency in financial reporting and auditing.
- Knowledge of government procurement and compliance.
- Financial software and familiarity with Excel.
Administration and Operations Officer
- Ability:
- Bachelor/Master Degree (Diploma Favorites in Computer Applications).
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in office administration.
- Necessary skills:
- Specialization in event planning, record management and office operations.
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Aquaculture specialist
- Ability:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Fisheries Science Science, Aquaculture, or Zoology.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in fish breeding, hatchery management and aquaculture.
- Necessary skills:
- Experience in training fish farmers and establishing farmer groups.
- Knowledge of fisheries and livestock development.
