eligibility criteria

For the post of Consultant (Administration), candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Administration/Establishment at Pay Level-7 or higher (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs. 4600).
  • Experience in handling administrative matters in government departments or PSUs is necessary.

For the post of Consultant (Legal), candidates must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with focus on legal studies.
  • At least 10 years’ experience of working in legal/public administration, especially Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) related matters.
  • Enrollment as an advocate with the State Bar Council is also a requirement.

Desirable Qualifications,

For Advisor (Administration),

  • Knowledge of computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently.

For Consultant (Legal),

  • Experience in drafting legal documents, agreements and memoranda.
  • Familiarity with civil, service and labor arbitration matters is highly desirable.

remuneration and benefits,

Remuneration will be based on the last pay drawn by the candidate, less his/her pension, along with applicable traveling allowance. However, selected candidates will not get additional benefits like dearness allowance, residential accommodation or medical reimbursement.
