IIFCL Manager Salary 2025
Selected candidates for IIFCL Manager Recruitment 2025 Grade B will receive an initial basic salary of .2 55,200 per month. The pay scale follows the structure: ₹ 55,200 – 2,850 (9) – 80,850 – EB – 2,850 (2) – 86,550 – 3,300 (4) – 99,750.
This means that the salary will increase to ₹ 2,850 annually for the first nine years, reaching ₹ 80,850. After crossing the efficiency bar (EB), it will increase to ₹ 2,850 for the next two years and then to ₹ 3,300 for the next four years, reaching a maximum of ₹ 99,750 after 16 years of service. Apart from basic salary, the manager is also entitled to dearness allowance, grade allowance, local allowance, house rent allowance (HRA), family allowance and special allowance. Candidates who do not choose the option of housing will receive HRA, which is 15% of the basic salary. Selected candidates will also be covered under the new Pension Scheme (NPS) or any other scheme notified by the Government of India.
