The Indian Institute of Banking and Finance has announced significant changes in the Jaiib, CAIIB/CAIIB optional examination 2025 registration process. Changes relate to the registration process that provide clarity to banking and financial sector employees, and ensure a smooth experience for all those who appear for these major courses in 2025.
Important change in Jaiib/CAIIB Exam Registration Process 2025
Employees of banking and financial sector are strongly advised to note the registration and change in examination process. The correct adherence to the update process will help avoid any confusion or final-minute issues. The amendment to Jaiib/CAIIB Exam 2025 is designed to help improve the experience of examination for candidates, streamline the registration process and manage logistics more efficiently.
Initial registration period
To provide more time to prepare the candidates, the Jaiib/CAIIB registration process will begin three months before the date of the prescribed examination. Candidates are encouraged to be aware of the JAIIB exam date 2025 and CAIIB exam date 2025 and the time limit of each exam session.
Selection of exam center
During the JAIIB/CAIIB registration process, candidates will now have the option to select their examination center. However, the site and time slot will be assigned by IIBF, which is different from previous practices where candidates can also choose their favorite exam time.
Admission of card availability
Unlike before, candidates will not get their Jaiib/CAIIB admit card immediately after registration. Instead, the admit card, which will include the examination venue and the allotted time slot, will be available for download for 10 to 15 days from the Jaiib/CAIIB exam from 2025. Candidates have to download their admit card within this period to ensure timely access to the examination details. ,
Revised Exam Batch Time
IIBF has revised the batch timing for the JAIIB exam 2025 and the CAIIB exam 2025. The revised exam batch timing is as follows:

It is important to note that no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination venue after the specified reporting time. Therefore, candidates should ensure that they reach the venue ahead of reporting time to avoid disqualification from the examination.
