India Post has released results for Post Office GDS Recruitment 2025. The result was released on 21 March 2025 for 21413 open posts in various states at https://indiapostgdsonline.gov.in. The result is prepared on the basis of the marks obtained in the secondary school examination or the 10th standard. The highest marks candidate will get the top rank. Shortlisted candidates are now to appear for document verification before 7 April 2025, which is for the Divisional Head mentioned against their names in GDS result PDF. Selected candidates will also get an SMS/email at their registered mobile number/email address about other results and documents verification.

- Search the “list of shortlisted candidates” on the left side of the homepage in the corner of the candidate.
- Select the circle you have applied.
- Download the GDS result and merit list PDF for your circle.
- Search your roll number with Ctrl+F shortcut in the list of shortlisted candidates.
- If your roll number appears in the list, you are eligible to appear for a document verification round, for which further details will be uploaded recently.

Post Office GDS Result Selection Process
India Post GDS result has been prepared based on marks of Marx/ Points/ has been collected for percentage of 4 decimal accuracy in the 10th standard secondary school examination of 10th standard. It is mandatory to pass all subjects according to the concerned approved board norms.
For applicants, where there are both Marx or Marx and Grade/Point in the Secondary School Examination of 10th standard mark sheet, only their total marks will be worked on keeping in mind the marks obtained in all compulsory and alternative/alternative subjects (in addition to additional subjects, if any). This will ensure that applicants with high marks are selected.
For only applicants with subject-wise applicants, each subject (marks for compulsory and alternative subjects will come, but in the following way there are no additional subjects by applying multiplicity factor of 9.5.
