IRCON 2025 Selection Process
IRCON International Limited will select the candidates on the basis of their educational background. Those who meet the criteria will be invited for document verification. After the merit list, a list of successful candidates will be prepared and posted on the official website ircon.org. To be appointed, candidates must be medically fit and not have color blindness. There will be no exceptions to these health requirements for Apprentice posts.

Candidates who qualify the IRCON International Limited Recruitment 2025 selection process are appointed on a probation period of 1 year. During this period, they will work as trainees and receive a monthly salary of Rs. 8,050 to Rs. 10,000.
