- Copa: Matriculation and ITI certificate associated with NCVT/SCVT.
- Executive – Purchase: Graduate in Commerce/CA Inter/Supply Series or Equal.
- HR Executive – payroll and employee data management: Graduate in any discipline.
- Executive – HR: Graduate in any discipline.
- CSR Executive: Graduation.
- Marketing Associate: Graduation (any).

Selection process for IRCTC recruitment 2025
