• It is mandatory to be a citizen of India
• Must be over 18 years of age
• Income Range:
  • Annual income limit ₹3 lakh in urban areas

  • Owners of flats larger than 100 square meters in urban areas are ineligible.
  • Those owning land or tractors larger than 100 square meters in rural areas are ineligible.
• Vehicle Ownership:
  • Those owning four wheelers in urban areas are ineligible.
• There should not be any government employee in the family
• For pensioners, the pension amount should be less than ₹10,000
