MH SET Syllabus & Exam Pattern 2025
The MH SET 2025 syllabus follows the UGC-NET/CSIR-NET structure, consisting of two separate papers. MH SET Paper-I assesses the general aptitude of the candidates, which includes areas such as reasoning, comprehension, quantitative ability, teaching and research aptitude along with current affairs. Paper-II focuses on the candidate’s selected subject, consisting of 100 multiple choice questions from 32 available areas. Each question in both the papers carries 2 marks, there is no negative marking for wrong answers in MH SET exam.

MH SET Exam Pattern 2025 has been announced by the state agency, Savitribai Phule Pune University. The examination will be conducted offline in objective mode and will consist of two papers. MH SET Paper-I consists of 50 compulsory objective type questions covering Reasoning Ability, Comprehension, Divergent Thinking and General Awareness. MH SET Paper-II focuses on subject-specific area with 100 compulsory objective type questions. Each question in both the papers carries 2 marks, and there is no negative marking.
