- degree holder: 12 months training period with monthly stipend of ₹37,000
- diploma holder: 18 months training period with monthly stipend of ₹38,000

NMDC Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
The selection process for NMDC Recruitment 2024 consists of the following stages:
(1) Online Test (Computer Based Test): This exam will have multiple choice questions and maximum marks will be 100 marks. The minimum qualifying scores are:
- SC/ST/PWD: 40 marks
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 45 marks
- UR & EWS: 50 marks
(2) Supervisory skills test: Aptitude in nature. Minimum qualifying marks:
- UR/EWS: 40%
- OBC (NCL): 37%
