Minimum wage and timely payment
Under the new policy, the minimum salary of outsourcing employees has been fixed at ₹18,000 per month. This is a big step, because till now many outsourcing employees were paid much less than this. Also, companies have to ensure that they pay salaries to employees on time. Payment of salary will be ensured by 7th of every month. If a company delays paying salary, it will be fined. With this, employees will not have to wait for their salary.
