While launching the PM Awas Yojana, it was resolved by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi that the facility of permanent houses for residence will be made available to the families from cities to backward corners of rural areas in all the states of the country.
Under this resolution, permanent houses have been provided to crores of families of the country since 2016 and this scheme is also working in the current year i.e. 2024. This year, houses are being provided mainly to laborers in rural areas under the housing scheme.
People from rural areas who have applied to avail the housing scheme facility in any month in 2024 must check their names in the PM Awas Yojana Rural List released by the government.
PM Awas Yojana Gramin List
For the convenience of people living in rural areas, a separate rural beneficiary list is prepared by the Central Government so that the applicants can know the status of their housing scheme application without any hassle.
The rural list of PM Awas Yojana is going to be very important for the people of rural areas because the applicants whose names have been included in this list will be given the benefit of the first installment of financial amount for the construction of houses next month.

- In PM Awas Yojana, separate work process is done for the people of rural areas.

For people in rural areas, the entire amount of PM Awas Yojana is given in four installments, the first installment of which is up to ₹ 25000. Let us tell you that for the people from rural areas whose names were added in the previous list, the first installment has been sent from 19 to 25 September 2024.

Rural area persons who have applied through any medium offline or online but their name has not been included in any list till now, then for such persons, they should go to their nearest Gram Panchayat building and contact Sachin or Gram Pradhan. .

- To see PM Awas Yojana Gramin List, first login to the official website.
- After visiting the official website, select the option of awassoft on the menu in the home page.
- Through this option you will reach a new page from where you will have to scroll to the report section.
- Here you will have to select complete information about your state, district, block, district panchayat, gram panchayat and village etc.
- After selecting the information, click on the search button.
- Now you will be able to see the list of PM Awas Yojana of your village on the online screen.
- You can check your name in this list very easily.
