Prime Minister Free Coaching Scheme: There is no dearth of talent in our country. You will see talented children in every field. But many times, due to poor economic conditions of the house, children are not able to do their favorite work. For this reason, even his talent is not enhanced. But now the government has started a scheme to help such children. The name of this scheme is Pradhan Mantri Free Coaching Scheme. Under this scheme, children are provided free coaching. This is a great initiative towards the all -round development of children.
Coaching is provided for free
Children who want to prepare for SSC, Railways or UPSC exams, but due to lack of financial condition, the government has started this scheme for such children. Under this scheme, children who prepare for these examinations are provided coaching for free. After getting coaching for free, these children are successful in passing these exams and get their desired job.
The purpose of starting PM Free Coaching Yojana
The objective of this scheme is the Group A and B Tests run by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), Staff Selection Commission (SSC) and Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) and State Public Service Commission; Officers Grade Examination run by bank, insurance company and public sector undertakings (PSU); In private sector like reputed entrance examination for admission to professional courses like Engineering Medical, Management and Law etc., in private sector such as information technology, bio-technology etc. is to provide quality coaching for finishing courses/employment-oriented courses for the planning of soft skills.

This scheme is implemented by various institutions
In this scheme, the Central Government/State Governments/Union Territory of Administration/PSU/Center/State Government University (both central and states including assistance in the private sector) andImplementation is done by private sector organizations/NGOs etc. Under this scheme, the ratio of Scheduled Castes and Other Backward Class students taking coaching under this scheme will be 70:30. In case of low number of candidates, the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment can reduce this ratio.
Essential eligibility for taking advantage
- In order to take advantage of the Pradhan Mantri Free Coaching Scheme, the students must have obtained the percentage marks prescribed in the qualifying examinations for that course/examination, for which free coaching is being given under this scheme.
- In the examination for which the students are taking coaching, students should be selected on the basis of merit prepared on the basis of marks received by them.
- Only those students of unusual castes and other backward classes, whose total family income is 3.00 lakh rupees annually, will be eligible under the scheme.
- Under this scheme, no one can benefit more than twice without paying attention to his eligibility for the number of opportunities in a particular competition examination by any one student.
- The coaching organization will also take an affidavit from the student that he has not taken more than twice the benefit under this scheme.
- Where the examination is conducted in two levels, ie initial and main,, candidates of Scheduled Castes and Other Backward Classes will be eligible for free coaching for both examinations.
- For AISE Main Examination, only those candidates will be given coaching, who have passed the preliminary examination.
- It will be mandatory for selected students to be present in all classes.
- If a student in the class is absent for 15 days without any valid reason, the benefit of free coaching will be stopped and another student will be replaced.
