According to the information available on the official website of this scheme pminternship.mca.gov.in, candidates will be able to apply for the Prime Minister Internship Scheme from 5 pm onwards! Candidates will have to upload all the educational documents and other required documents to apply for this scheme. This PM Internship Scheme was started by the government for the youth.
Youth will get a chance to do internship in 500 companies of the country! The main objective of this scheme is to provide internship opportunities to 1 crore youth in a period of 5 years.

PM Intership Yojana has been started by the Central Government! Selected youth will get monthly financial assistance of Rs 5,000 for internship under this scheme. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had proposed this scheme in her budget speech.
Under this scheme, youth will get a chance to do internship in top 500 companies of India. PM Internship Scheme aims to provide internship opportunities to 1 crore youth over a period of 5 years!
Financial assistance of Rs 5,000 will be provided every month.
Let me tell you! That one time assistance of Rs 6000/- will be given to them for ‘joining’ internship! And then after this, financial assistance of Rs 5000/- will be given every month for one year. Internship will be for 12 months! Let us tell you the information according to government sources!
That there is a plan to provide 1.25 lakh internship opportunities in the current financial year! It is estimated that Rs 800 crore will be spent on this. In fact, many companies have started showing interest in this scheme! Travel booking platform EaseMyTrip announced a few days ago, saying! That it is planning to hire more than 500 interns of the government’s proposed internship scheme in the next 3-6 months across India!
Know the rules related to PM Internship Scheme
Youth will have to fulfill some criteria to avail the benefits of this scheme. Without this criteria, it is difficult to get benefits of this Pm Internship Scheme 2024! The age of the intern should be between 21 to 24 years under this scheme. Also, the annual income of the family should not exceed Rs 8 lakh.
And the candidates who are currently pursuing formal degree course! Or working! They will not get the benefit of this internship scheme! However, these candidates can also participate in online courses or vocational training.
Application for PM Internship Scheme starts from today
- Companies will give information about their requirements and internship posts by 10th October!
- Interested youth portal today, October 12 from 5 pm www.pmintership.mca.gov.in Will be able to register on! The list of shortlisted candidates will be given to the companies by 26th October!
- However, the portal has just been started on a pilot basis. The government has chosen the auspicious day of Vijayadashami to open the portal for the application of interns!
- So far 111 companies have participated in it! Which includes the states of Uttarakhand, Gujarat, Telangana and Maharashtra. There are already 1077 offers on the website till morning today! And companies have shared preference for production related and maintenance related vacancies!
- The list of shortlisted candidates will be available by 26th October! The companies will make the final selection by 27th November! And internship will start from 2nd December 2024 for 12 months!
- The youth who will be selected for internship! All those youth will be given insurance cover under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana and Pm Suraksha Bima Yojana. The government will pay the premium for this! Apart from this additional accident insurance companies can provide to the selected candidate!

- To apply online for PM Internship Scheme, first of all you have to visit its official website. www.pmintership.mca.gov.in Visit!
- After visiting the home page, complete the registration process through Aadhar Card and Mobile Number.
- Then upload your educational documents later!
- The application form will now open in front of you! You will have to fill all the information asked.
- Enter all the correct information and click on Submit option.
- Your application will now be complete! After which take a secure printout of the application!
