Farmer brothers can easily check the status of their installment. For this they have to follow the following steps:
- Visit the official website of PM-KISAN pmkisan.gov.in
- Go to “Farmers Corner” section on the homepage
- Click on “Beneficiary Status”
- Enter your Aadhaar number, bank account number or mobile number
- Enter captcha code and submit
- Your status will appear on the screen
Eligibility for the scheme
Some of the main eligibility criteria for Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana are:
- Farmer should have cultivable land up to 2 hectares
- The name of the farmer should be recorded in the land records
- Farmer should not pay income tax
- Government employees or pensioners are not eligible
- Institutional land holders are not eligible
Why is eKYC important?
eKYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) process is mandatory for PM-KISAN scheme. It helps verify the identity of farmers and prevent fraud. Without eKYC, the farmer will not get the installment.
How to do eKYC?
There are three ways to do eKYC:

- Visit the nearest Common Service Center (CSC) or State Service Center
