You will click on Proceed here, in this way the complete details of your Voter ID card will appear in front of you, you will check it, after this your name will appear in front of you, after this you have to enter your Aadhar card number here.
Also you will enter your mobile number. Below you will get the option to enter your email id. If you want then enter your email id here. After this, this page will appear in front of you. In this you will select the third option, after this next. After this you will have to give a reason, then select the second option that your Voter ID card has been destroyed.
Below you will tick it, after that next, a declaration will appear in front of you, in this you will enter the name of the place, then in this you will enter the name of your city, after this, done, in this way the complete application will appear in front of you, you will check it. After clicking on Confirm, your application will be successfully submitted and a Reference ID will also be generated. Note down this Reference ID and keep it. You can track the status of your application.
