Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) is responsible to conduct various examinations to recruit eligible candidates for NTPC, Junior Engineers (JE), ALP, Technician, Paramedical, Constable, SI and Group D posts. For the year 2024-25, RRB has released more than 58642 vacancies which have already been announced and 75000 vacancies for NTPC, Junior Engineers (JE), ALP, Technician, Paramedical, Constable, SI, Ministerial and Isolated. More vacancies are expected to be announced. Categories, and Group D posts. There are total 21 RRBs followed by 16 RRCs. Selection of candidates for these posts will be mainly based on computer based test followed by physical test, document verification, skill test and medical test as per the posts.

Since the area of Indian Railways is quite large, a large number of vacancies are declared for various posts in it. Important dates for Railway Recruitment 2024
Railway Recruitment Board has announced the exam dates for some posts. CBT Phase 1 exam for ALP posts will be conducted in August 2024, followed by Constable and SI exam in September 2024. The official authorities have also specified through the RRB Calendar 2024 Computer Based Test for RRB Technician Posts to be conducted in October/November 2024Further updates regarding exam dates for other posts will be released soon and will be updated here as well.

Railway Eligibility Criteria 2024
Only those candidates who fulfill all the eligibility criteria for Railway Recruitment Board are eligible for various posts and examinations under RRB Railway Recruitment 2024. - Now, the homepage of the website appears on the screen. Find the respective posts you want to apply for: NTPC, Group D, Paramedical, Technician, Constable, and SI, etc.
- Tap on the “Apply Now” link given against the recruitment name.
- You have been redirected to another page. Now first of all register yourself by clicking on “New Registration” button.
- For fresh registration, candidates are required to provide their e-mail ID along with their mobile number.
- After registration, candidates are issued a registration number/ID along with a password.
- Use these credentials to log in, now fill the application form by providing the required details including your qualifications.
- Once done, pay the application fee through online payment gateway.
- Now, submit your application form.

Railway Recruitment Board conducts CBT examination for selection of eligible candidates for various posts released by RRB. The detailed exam pattern for RRB Exam 2024 is shared below.
- The computer based examination for NTPC, JE, Paramedical, Technician and Group D posts is conducted for a total of 100 marks, while the total marks for ALP are 75, and for Constable and SI posts, CBT is conducted for 120 marks. Will go.
- RRB Exam 2024 will have only objective type/multiple choice questions.
- All Railway Computer-Based Tests will be conducted for 90 minutes except for ALP posts, which will be conducted for 60 minutes.
