RRB Group D Medical Standard 2025, View Full Details


RRB Group D Medical Test is conducted by Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), and it is mandatory to pass the medical test. Vision acuity is the most important among the various standards set for RRB Group D Medical Standards 2025. Medical standards vary for each post, so on the basis of medical evaluation, candidates are offered appointments to different Group D Level 1 posts.

RRB Group D Medical Standards 2025

The medical examination evaluates the vision of the candidate, physical fitness and general health. Different medical standards for different classifications are prescribed, such as A-2, B-1, and C-1, which depends on the type of work under consideration. Candidates with conditions that do not meet physically disabled or essential standards are considered physically unfit. The tests ensure that the selected candidate will have strong medical and physical qualifications to perform the necessary duties for his employment.

One -2 Physically fit in all types. Away Vision: 6/9. 6/9 without glasses (no fogging test)
Close vision: SN Without glasses, 0.6, 0.6 color vision, telescope vision, night vision, mesopic vision, etc. will have to be passed.
One-3 Physically fit in all types. A distant vision: 6/9, 6/9 (the capacity of the lens should not exceed 2D)
Close vision: SN 0.6, 0.6 with or without glasses, color vision, telescope vision, night vision, near vision etc. will have to pass the test.
B1 Physically fit in all types. A distant vision: 6/9, 6/12 with or without glasses (the capacity of the lens should not exceed 4D)
Close vision: SN 0.6, 0.6 When reading or close work is required, you have to pass the test for or without glasses, color vision, telescope vision, night vision, mesopic vision, etc.
B-2 Physically fit in all types. A distant vision: 6/9, 6/12 (the capacity of the lens should not exceed 4D)
Close vision: SN 0.6, 0.6 with or without spectacles, when reading or close work is necessary, you have to pass the test for telescopic vision etc.
C-1 Physically fit in all types. A distant vision: 6/12, 6/18 with glasses or without glasses
Close vision: SN 0.6, 0.6 with or without spectacles
C-2 Physically fit in all types. Away vision: 6/12, zero with or without glasses
Close vision: SN When the work of reading or closing is necessary, 0.6 with or without glasses
