SBI Recruitment 2024 Selection Process
Selection process includes:
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of qualification and experience.
- interaction: Interaction will be of 100 marks.
- merit list: A merit list will be prepared on the basis of interaction score sorted in descending order. If multiple candidates score the same marks at the cut-off, preference will be given on the basis of age, with older candidates being ranked higher.
- CTC conversation: Selected candidates will have to undergo CTC negotiation on the basis of merit list.
