NCF 2022: Schools are the major institutions responsible for arranging which help students develop desirable values, abilities and knowledge. These arrangements include aspects such as appointment of teachers to teach subjects in the school and to manage aspects of the syllabus associated with classroom interactions and enable positive learning environment etc. Of all these sets of requirements, the course plays a major role.

NEP 2020 included school education at the age of 3–18 within four stages in a new 5+3+3+4 design. Therefore, a course outline for schooling is also directed by 5+3+3+4 design which includes four school stages:

During this phase, Students struggle with their changing body, can be self-conscious, and try to make an understanding of their maturity. According to NCF, the following are the major points to take care:

  • An assembly for 25 minutes with 05 minutes to reach class.
  • Class time for all subjects is 50 minutes.
  • Some subjects will require a block period of 100 min (1 hour 40 min) for hand work, activities, laboratory work and other such educational requirements.
  • The infection time for the preparation of the next class for students is 05 minutes.

Therefore, according to the National course Framework (NCF), each school stage has different aspects, especially to deal with the timetable. Foundation stage has four and a half instructional times in which simple and playful techniques are used to teach children, the preparation stage introduced two languages ​​as R1 and R2, and children in the middle stage more The structured courses are introduced and in the secondary phase, students are provided various subject options in addition to work and activities.
