UGC NET June 2024 exam scheduled on 2nd September 2024 for Shift-I and Shift-II has been cancelled due to natural calamity i.e. heavy rains and water logging at iON Digital Zone iDZ Kandrika, Vijaya Durga Computers, NGO Colony, Opposite Kandrika Bus Stop, Kandrika, Krishna District, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, 520015. National Testing Agency (NTA), has released the revised exam date for NET exam to be held on 5th September 2024. Details about UGC NET June 2024 exam exam schedule are given below.

Was the NET exam cancelled?

The main reason for the cancellation of the exam was heavy rains and waterlogging, which disrupted the examination process at iON Digital Zone iDZ Kandrika, Vijaya Durga Computers, NGO Colony, Opposite Kandrika Bus Stop, Kandrika, Krishna District, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India, 520015. These issues made it impossible to proceed with the UGC NET June 2024 (Rescheduled) exam scheduled on 2 September 2024 in Shift I. NTA has decided to reschedule the exam, which will be held on 5 September 2024.

NTA has decided to re-conduct the exam with exam centre details for all candidates. A separate public notice has been issued by NTA, detailing the new date, time and venue of the re-conducted exam. This decision is aimed at ensuring fairness and integrity in the examination process despite the initial setback.
