The Government of India launched a lively village program 2 as a continuation of the first phase to develop and secure the border villages of the country. These villages are located in remote and remote areas, especially near the borders with China, Pakistan and other neighboring countries. The program focuses on improving infrastructure in these areas and increasing livelihood opportunities.

The Vibrant Village Program is the second phase of the 2 vibrant village program. Its purpose is to bring development in border villages which were out of major schemes earlier. This is also to prevent migration from these villages by providing jobs and better conditions so that people do not feel the need to leave their homes for cities.
