List of documents to be done for SSB PGT DV 2025

Candidates appearing for SSB PGT Document Verification (DV) 2025 should carry the following original certificate/document/admirer for verification. In addition, they will also have to submit a set of self-attached photocopy of all the applicable documents before the verification team, including the intimate letter, which is available for download from SSB website since 10 February 2025), from the verification team First.

  • Form of verification: duly filled (available on SSB website).
  • Hard copy of online application form.
  • Valid ID proof: Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license, voter ID, etc. were issued by a government authority.
  • HSC/10th Certificate and Marksheet: The date of birth and digit percentage was issued by the concerned Board/Council.
  • Higher Secondary (+2/12th) Certificate and Marksheet: Marx as percentage, partition and class evidence.
  • Graduation (+3) Certificate and Marksheet: A recognized university/institute, including divisions, classes and disturbing details.
  • Master Degree Certificate and Marksheet: From a recognized university/institute.
  • Bed. Certificate and Marksheet: A NCTE-recognized university/institute (if applicable) was issued. The total percentage of marks (both theory and practical) should be provided with a conversion certificate from the NCTE-analogical institute.
  • Two recent passport size photos: Similar to one uploaded in the online application form, the name of the candidate and the roll number written on the back.
  • Conduct Certificate: Last was issued by the college/university/institute.
  • Caste Certificate: Was issued by the appropriate authority.
  • Odia Pass Certificate: Was issued by the Principal/Headmaster of the school, confirming that the candidate passed Odia on my standard.
  • Discharge Certificate: For X-Serviceman, the final serving unit (if applied) was issued by the Commanding Officer.
  • Disability Certificate: Indication of a percentage of disability for PWD candidates issued by the concerned Medical Board (if applied). Affairs will be reviewed by the Appellate Medical Boards constituted by SS & EPD Department (Notification No. 9789, DT 21/12/2021).
  • Sports Identity Card: Secretary, Department of Sports and Youth Services, or Director of Sports, was released by the government. Odisha (if applied).
  • Any objection certificate (NOC): issued by competent authority (if applied).
  • Equivalent Certificate: If the candidate claims an equivalent qualification, then the rule/authority (with the number and date) under which it is considered equivalent, should be provided.
  • Qualification Proof: All qualifications should be obtained by the last date to submit the online application form.
  • Caste Certificate for ST/SC candidates: Candidates claiming ST/SC category of Odisha from birth will have to submit a caste certificate issued by a competent authority, as mentioned in their application form.
  • SEBC Certificate: Candidates related to SEBC category will have to submit the SEBC certificate recently issued within the last three years from the conclusion date of submission of online application.
  • OBC certificate was not accepted: OBC certificates will not be considered in place of SEBC certificates.
  • Need for matrimonial status: Candidates with more than one living spouse are disqualified unless the state government exempted from legitimate reasons.
